Brian is a UW Stevens Point Honors Graduate holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with Management Emphasis. Brian attained his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1992.
Active in the community, Brian was the founding President of Downtown Rhinelander, Inc., later receiving the "Board Member of the Year" Award in 2012. He has also been a board member for the Nicolet College Board, Rhinelander Food Pantry, and Tomahawk Mainstreet. He is a member of Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIAW) and the Insurance Marketing Group of Wisconsin (IMAGE).
Jeff joined the agency in 1996. He is a Luther College and NATC Graduate, holding a Bachelor's degree in Mgmt. Info. Systems and an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Jeff attained his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation in 2017. Jeff's focus is on our business customers: he is experienced with contractors, farm & trucking, non-profits, and commercial surety bonds.
Nick joined the agency in 2022. He is a UW-Oshkosh Graduate, holding a Bachelor's Degree in German Language. Nick's insurance experience began as receptionist for our agency - later holding a position as Customer Service Rep for Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Nick spent eight years abroad teaching ESL at the University level; he specializes in tech, comms, and systems management.
Lisa joined the agency in 2023. She is a Nicolet College Graduate, holding an Associate of Science Degree. She currently serves on the Northern Arts Council and is a past member of the board of directors for Grow North EDC, the Rhinelander Chamber, and the founding committee for Project North. Lisa specializes in personal lines such as homeowner’s, auto, and recreational vehicles.
Toni joined the agency in 2024. She is an Ashwood University Graduate, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Administration. Toni also has a Masters Certification in Project Leadership from Cornell University. Her background includes entrepreneur development, construction & heavy equipment, maritime licensing, and pharmacy. Toni attained her CISR designation in 2024.
Christine joined the agency in 2009. She is a UW-Stevens Point Honors Graduate, holding a Bachelors Degree in Political Science. Christine's insurance experience began at Sentry Insurance transcribing Commercial Loss Control reports, later becoming a Commercial Lines Rater. She is currently a member of Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin.
